Marketing Manager, Amazon - US & LATAM
Description
- Assist in planning, creating and managing Advertising campaigns that meet KPIs requirements
- Maintain the Funko brand stores to ensure that these are engaging and reflect the brand's strategy and seasonal updates
- Support digital shelf optimization through building and managing best-in-class product detail pages that drive traffic and conversions and constant A/B testing
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track campaign performance. Analyse data to identify insights that improve the shopping experience and inform future campaigns, sharing these with the Senior Manager.
- Support budget tracking for Amazon marketing spend and manage purchase orders as needed to aid the Senior Manager in budget analysis and recommendations.
- Work closely with regional teams to assist in executing product launch plans. Coordinate with licensors and creative teams to ensure localized content and consistent digital assets across markets.
- Work with creative teams to create bespoke and engaging digital assets
- Collaborate with our in-house social media team to deliver consistent messages across social platforms and drive engagement for the Funko brands
- Support with consumer research regarding suitability of each new brand category and viability within the USA and LATAM territories
- Impeccable written and spoken English skills
- French, German or Spanish written and spoken skills preferable
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally within Amazon’s ecosystem
- An understanding of ecommerce trends and advancements that drive traffic, and conversion.
- Experience in analytics, audience targeting, content, creative, media, search, social, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, and Google Analytics is preferred but not essential
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue) is preferred but not essential.
- Basic familiarity with Photoshop, though design skills are not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel.
- Experience working on Power Bi/ Tableau and advanced excel preferable
- Experience in developing creative with high attention to detail
- Background in consumer goods or entertainment brands preferred
- Resilient and able to work independently
- Effective multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills; able to create, drive and execute initiatives to tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and build relationships
- Passion for pop culture is a plus!
